Lavender Espresso with President Whipped Cream

Lavender Espresso is a foamy, subtly floral spring/summer latte drink, made with lavender syrup, double shot espresso, heavy whipping cream, whole milk and ice.

Ingredients

For the Lavender Cold Foam

  • 3 tbsp Lavender syrup
  • 3 tbsp Whole milk
  • 4 tbsp Heavy cream

For the Latte

  • Double shot espresso
  • Ice
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • Lavender cold foam to top

Instructions

Lavender Espresso

  1. To make the lavender cold foam, mix lavender syrup, whole milk, heavy cream and froth for 30 seconds.
  2. In a tall glass, add double shot espresso, ice (to taste), 1 cup whole milk, and top with lavender cold foam.

  • 3 cucharadas de jarabe de lavanda
  • 3 cucharadas de leche entera
  • 4 cucharadas de crema espesa

PARA EL LACTE

  • Café expreso doble
  • Hielo
  • 1 taza de leche entera
  • Espuma fría de lavanda encima

Instrucciones: 

Café exprés de lavanda 

  1. Para hacer la espuma fría de lavanda, mezcle el jarabe de lavanda, la leche entera, la crema espesa y la espuma durante 30 segundos.
  2. En un vaso alto, agregue espresso doble, hielo (al gusto), 1 taza de leche entera y cubra con espuma fría de lavanda.
