Ingredients:

Roll or bread, your choice

Plant-based chicken patties, your choice
-
Violife mozzarella shreds
-
Violife provolone slices
-
Marinara Sauce, your choice

Oil, your choice
Directions:
- Oil a baking dish and place chicken patties in dish, then bake for a few minutes less than package directions.
- Remove dish from oven and top with a spoonful of marinara and both Violife cheeses.
- Cover dish with foil and place back in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes (to melt cheese and chicken to finish cooking).
- Remove from oven and assemble your sandwich on a roll with a bit more sauce and enjoy!
