@veganbodegacat Vegan Chicken Parm Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • Roll or bread, your choice

  • Plant-based chicken patties, your choice

  • Violife mozzarella shreds 

  • Violife provolone slices   

  • Marinara Sauce, your choice

  • Oil, your choice 

Directions:

  1. Oil a baking dish and place chicken patties in dish, then bake for a few minutes less than package directions.
  2. Remove dish from oven and top with a spoonful of marinara and both Violife cheeses.
  3. Cover dish with foil and place back in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes (to melt cheese and chicken to finish cooking).
  4. Remove from oven and assemble your sandwich on a roll with a bit more sauce and enjoy!
