Violife Vegan Greek Pasta

Ingredients:

SERVES: 4

  • 2 packs Violife Just Like Feta
  • 3 tbsp Violife Just Like Cream Cheese Original
  • 17.5 oz fusilli pasta
  • 20-24 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano and more to decorate

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 392°F.
  2. Place cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, pepper and oregano alongside the Violife Just Like Feta in a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes.
  3. Boil pasta according to packet instructions. Sieve and place back into the boiling pot.
  4. Add in the baked Just Like Feta and tomatoes, along with the Violife Just Like Cream Cheese, and toss to combine well.
  5. When your pasta is nice and creamy, serve warm with some fresh oregano leaves to decorate.
