Tuscan Chicken with Knorr

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 large red bell pepper, diced
- 1 package Knorr® Italian Sides™ - Garlic & Olive Oil
- 1 package (5 oz.) baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Seson chicken, if desired, with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken and red pepper, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Prepare Knorr® Italian Sides™ - Garlic & Olive Oil in same skillet according to package directions, stirring in spinach during the last 2 minutes of cook time until wilted.
- Stir in chicken mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; now it's delicious. Dig in!
