Stress Buster Chilean Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 frozen ripe bananas cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 carrot peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 orange, peeled and cut up into chunks
- ¾ cup low fat or almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
2. Blend until smooth
