Stress Buster Chilean Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 frozen ripe bananas cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 carrot peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 orange, peeled and cut up into chunks
  • ¾ cup low fat or almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender

2. Blend until smooth
