RITZ Peanut Butter, Pretzel and Chocolate Bites

Ingredients:

  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 24 pretzel squares
  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp. white decorating icing

Directions:

  1. Place crackers, top sides down, in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet. 
  2. Mix peanut butter and sugar until blended; spread onto crackers, adding about 1/2 tsp. peanut butter mixture to each cracker.
  3. Place pretzels on 12 crackers; press gently into peanut butter mixture to secure. Cover with remaining crackers, peanut butter sides down, to make 12 sandwiches; gently press top crackers into pretzels to secure.
  4. Spread tops of sandwiches with melted chocolate.
  5. Refrigerate 10 min. or until chocolate is firm.
  6. Decorate with white icing to resemble footballs as shown in photo.
