RITZ Peanut Butter, Pretzel and Chocolate Bites

Ingredients:
- 24 RITZ Crackers
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 24 pretzel squares
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp. white decorating icing
Directions:
- Place crackers, top sides down, in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Mix peanut butter and sugar until blended; spread onto crackers, adding about 1/2 tsp. peanut butter mixture to each cracker.
- Place pretzels on 12 crackers; press gently into peanut butter mixture to secure. Cover with remaining crackers, peanut butter sides down, to make 12 sandwiches; gently press top crackers into pretzels to secure.
- Spread tops of sandwiches with melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate 10 min. or until chocolate is firm.
- Decorate with white icing to resemble footballs as shown in photo.
