No Bake Citrus Freeze Cake from Fruits From Chile®

Ingredients
Crust (if desired)
- 3/4 cup vanilla wafer or graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Ground almonds or Pistachios
- 3 Tbsp. butter melted
Filling
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup whipped cream
- zest of one orange
- honey or agave syrup to sweeten to taste
Directions
- Combine wafer crumbs, groundnuts and butter Mix well. Press into 6” springform pan, set aside
- Place yogurt, condensed milk, orange juice in blender and mix until smooth
- Whip cream and fold into yogurt mixture with orange zest
- Taste test and add more orange or sweetener to taste
- Pour into crust, and freeze until firm, about 4 hours
- When ready to serve, remove from springform pan and decorate with lemon/lime/orange slices as desired
- Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving
