Mini Memphis Style BBQ Burgers from Kraft Heinz

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons red onions, finely chopped
  • 4 Kraft Singles, cut in half
  • 8 slider buns, toasted
  • 1/2 cup coleslaw
  • 4 slices Oscar Mayer bacon, cooked and cut in half
  • 1/3 cup Bull's-Eye Memphis Style barbecue sauce

Directions:

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix meat and onions just until blended; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  3. Grill 3 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), topping with Singles halves for the last minute.
  4. Fill buns with cheeseburgers and remaining ingredients.
