Lavender Espresso with President Whipped Cream

Ingridents:

FOR THE LAVENDER COLD FOAM
  • 3 tbsp Lavender syrup
  • 3 tbsp Whole milk
  • 4 tbsp Heavy cream
FOR THE LATTE
  • Double shot espresso
  • Ice
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • Lavender cold foam to top

Instructions: 

Lavender Espresso
  1. To make the lavender cold foam, mix lavender syrup, whole milk, heavy cream and froth for 30 seconds.
  2. In a tall glass, add double shot espresso, ice (to taste), 1 cup whole milk, and top with lavender cold foam.
