Guacamole with Dannon Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup Dannon® Plain Non-Fat Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoon tomato salsa
  • 2 green onion, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 1 chile Serrano, chopped (optional)
  • 1/8 Teaspoon salt, or to taste

Directions:

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  2. Spoon out the avocado flesh, and place into a small bowl.
  3. Mash the avocado, when smooth, add the plain yogurt, salsa, green onion, cilantro and chile.
  4. Mix well, but do not mash the vegetables.
  5. Taste and add salt, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
