Fruity PEBBLES™ Cake Bread

Ingredients:

Bread:

  • ½ cup Fruity PEBBLES™ cereal
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 stick of butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons of flour

Addition:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 5 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • ½ tablespoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Fruity PEBBLES™ cereal to cover

Instructions:

Bread:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Combine all bread ingredients except ½ cup Fruity PEBBLES™ cereal using a whisk or hand mixer until smooth.
  4. Add ½ cup Fruity PEBBLES™ cereal
  5. Pour the mixture into a lined and sprayed loaf pan.
  6. Bake for about 40 minutes.
  7. Let the bread cool for about an hour before glazing.

Addition:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth.
  2. Use a spoon or piping bag to drizzle the glaze over the top of the bread.
  3. Sprinkle with ½ cup Fruity PEBBLES™ cereal.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
