Elotes on the Grill

It’s the times of year where we can use any excuse to use the BBQ. This month, corn is in season,so we wanted to show you some yummy ways you can eat it. Elotes are popular mexican street corn, made with cotija cheese. You can make them spicy or keep them cheesy. Check out the recipe:
Ingredients:
- Corn
- 1/2 cup of mayo
- Chili powder
- 1/3 cup of grated cotija cheese
- Cilantro
Directions:
- Grill your corn on medium - high head until slightly charred.
- While grilling, keep turning the corn for an even cook
- Then start with the mayo the cheese and add your toppings: chili powder and cilantro
- Serve and enjoy!
