Cielito Lindo Crunchwrap

Recipe:
(4 servings)
- 1 box Taco Bell Crunchwrap Supreme Craving Kit (includes: 4- 12” tortillas, 4- crunchy tortillas, 1-cheese sauce pouch and 1- taco seasoning packet)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- ½ cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, shredded
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
- Avocado oil, for cooking
Fixings:
- Cream cheese, at room temperature
- Mexican salsa
- Taco Bell Avocado Ranch
- Avocado slices
- Mexican cheese
- Chopped lettuce
- Diced tomato
Method:
1. Heat some oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion, bell pepper and garlic until onion looks translucent, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the ground beef and season with one pack of Taco Bell Original Taco Seasoning, salt and black pepper.
3. Mix to combine while cooking the beef at the same time, about 5-7 minutes. Adjust heat if necessary.
4. Working one crunchwrap at a time, warm up one 12 inch tortilla in the microwave for 10-12 seconds.
5. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese in the center leaving an edge of about 4 inches.
6. Add a layer of the cooked beef, then the salsa.
7. Carefully, warm up the large tortilla (yes, the one with cream cheese/beef/salsa) in the microwave for another 10 seconds.
8. Spread some of the cheese sauce on one side of 1 crunchy tortilla and place the side with cheese on top of beef.
9. Spread some Taco Bell Avocado Ranch on the other side of the crunchy tortilla, then add a little chopped lettuce, diced tomato, avocado slices and shredded Mexican cheese.
10. Fold the edges of the tortilla in as shown in the video and while holding it together toast in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes each side or until crispy and golden brown.
