Cheesy Veggie Sheet Pan Pasta

Ingredients:
- Pick a base: pasta - any shape will do!
- Use up your fruit & veg: shallots, cherry tomatoes, broccoli florets and stalks, zucchini, cauliflower - any veggies you happen to have will work!
- Add an optional protein: soft cheese (like feta, mozzarella or burrata).
- Add a magic touch: Choose some lemon zest, fresh basil or chopped parsley.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 475°.
- Toss 2 to 3 cups veggies in a large baking dish or roasting pan with some olive oil, herbs and spices.
- Place a block of feta into the center of your veggie mixture and baker 25 to 40 minutes until veggies are tender and feta is golden on top.
- Meanwhile, cook and drain 1 1/2 cup of pasta.
- To serve, smash feta with a fork and mix it well with your veggies.
- Add cooked pasta and Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real mayonnaise and stir until completely combined.
