Arroz con Leche Recipe from @letstrythis_orlando

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp evaporated milk
  • 1 spoonful of sugar (to taste)
  • 2-3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered cinnamon 
  • 1 cup of raisins - optional

Directions:

  1. Start by adding the water to a pot, then add the two types of milk, sugar, cinnamon sticks and start stirring. If you learn anything from this recipe let it be: STIR!!
  2. Let it simmer and take a quick Bravo snack break because you will be stirring for a while. 
  3. Add water as the rice dries up and continue to stir. Repeat this until you reach a dense consistency.
  4. Sprinkle powdered cinnamon to taste; and let me know if you are team raisins. Now onto my favorite part, LetsTryThis and Enjoy!
