Arroz con Leche Recipe from @letstrythis_orlando

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of water
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 tbsp evaporated milk
- 1 spoonful of sugar (to taste)
- 2-3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 teaspoon of powdered cinnamon
- 1 cup of raisins - optional
Directions:
- Start by adding the water to a pot, then add the two types of milk, sugar, cinnamon sticks and start stirring. If you learn anything from this recipe let it be: STIR!!
- Let it simmer and take a quick Bravo snack break because you will be stirring for a while.
- Add water as the rice dries up and continue to stir. Repeat this until you reach a dense consistency.
