Apple Yogurt Parfait with Dannon®

Ingredients:

  • 1 large apple, cored and diced
  • 1 cup bran flakes
  • 1 cup Dannon® Plain Lowfat Yogurt
  • Optional: ground cinnamon, ground flaxseeds, wheat germ or chia seeds may be mixed into the yogurt.

Directions:

  1. In each glass, layer the following: 3 tablespoons yogurt, ¼ cup bran flakes and ¼ cup apples.
  2. Top each parfait with 1 more tablespoon yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle top with ground cinnamon if desired.
  4. 1 more tablespoon of yogurt.
