2-Ingredient Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken with Campbell's

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 cans (10 1/2 ounces each) Campbell's® Condensed Spicy Buffalo-Style Cream of Chicken Soup

Directions:

  1. Place the chicken into a 6-quart slow cooker.  Pour the soup over the chicken and turn to coat.
  2. Cover and cook for LOW for 4 1/2 hours (or 3 1/2 hours on HIGH) or until the chicken is fork-tender.
  3. Using 2 forks, shred the chicken in the cooker and stir to coat with the sauce.  Serve the chicken mixture as a filling for tacos or sliders.
